Do I need a special IT team to use this platform?

No. The drag-and-drop builder feature allows business analysts or operations managers to build their own processes and assemble forms independently. IT team involvement is usually only needed at the beginning when installing or performing custom integrations (APIs) with other existing systems.

Where will our data be stored?
